Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Other cities and areas: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier coverage

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

From time to time, Range Studio may offer free shipping promotions.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders.

Customers choosing COD must provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address and must be available to receive and pay for the order.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive confirmation through the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

We may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we may provide tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery updates are provided by the relevant courier service and may take some time to appear.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Range Studio is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the order is refused, the courier may make additional delivery attempts according to its policies.

Undeliverable or refused orders may be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend taking clear photos or recording an unboxing video when opening your package.
