Return & Refund Policy

At Range Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return under this policy, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories attached.
• Not show any signs of washing, makeup, perfume, stains, damage, or alteration.
• Be returned with the original order details or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Items Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges may be accepted for:

• Wrong items sent by Range Studio.
• Items received damaged or defective.
• Incorrect size, subject to availability.
• Other approved return requests at the discretion of Range Studio.

For clothing, please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

3. Cosmetics & Beauty Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered-with cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a cosmetic product that is damaged, leaking, broken, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• Photographs of the packaging.
• A short description of the issue.
• An unboxing video, if available.

We may request additional information before approving the return or replacement.

5. Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after receiving your order, the return may be accepted only if the item meets our return conditions and the return is approved by Range Studio.

Return delivery charges in such cases may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method available to us. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request the customer's bank account or other suitable payment details to process an approved refund.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error or fault on the part of Range Studio.

7. Exchanges

If you request an exchange for a different size or item, the requested replacement will be subject to availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Opened or used cosmetics and beauty products.
• Products without their original packaging.
• Products that have been washed, worn, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned after the applicable return period.
• Items purchased on final sale or specifically marked as non-returnable.

9. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for the request.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

10. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item caused by Range Studio, we will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

11. Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.

12. Policy Changes

Range Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
